We don’t require a lot of notice for bookings. If it’s urgent, we can usually send a team to you within 24 hours.

We operate 6 days a week Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm).

Choose a date and time slot that suits you

We offer 3 different time slots:

Morning (07:00 – 11:00), afternoon (11:00 – 15:00) and evening (15:00-19:00).
We also give approximately 30 minutes’ notice before our staff are due to arrive within your slot, so you have a better idea of what time to expect us on the day of your collection.

Price promise

Offering the most competitive prices in London, we stand by our quotes. There are no hidden fees or extra charges; the price agreed at the time of booking is the price you pay.
We aren’t waste brokers; we don’t offer third-party services. This will save you money as we have no need to inflate the price in order to earn commission.

Fully licensed & certified waste management company

We are registered waste carriers with the Environment Agency. Our license number is CBDU308350. We only use approved commercial recycling centres to dispose of our waste. If you require, we can also provide a waste transfer note for peace of mind.

Multiple payment methods accepted

We accept a wide range of payment methods.
You can pay in advance over the phone, online or through PayPal. We also accept bank transfers in advance.
If you have additional items to remove which aren’t part of your current booking, you can pay any additional fees upon completion of the collection. This can be done by cash, or using our card machines, which also print receipts.

Contactless collections

If your schedule is busy or you want to avoid any contact we are happy to provide contact free collections. You can pay in advance and leave the items somewhere accessible for our staff. We would then provide you with before and after pictures.

Remove, Recycle, Upcycle

We love to recycle or even upcycle. If we can’t give your old items a new home, we will ensure it gets recycled – 95% of the waste we collect is diverted away from landfill.

We do the heavy lifting

We always send out a minimum of two workers per team, so you won’t have to lift a finger. Our staff are happy to collect your unwanted items from inside your property as well.

We can dismantle furniture

If your items need to be dismantled in order for them to be safely removed, our vans have all the tools required and our staff can dismantle them if necessary.

Support for businesses

If you’re a business that requires regular waste collections, we can support you by offering a contract with flexible payment terms.
